How dangerous are motorcycles, really?

Is there any part of these stats you would take issue with? Is this a fair representation?

Motorcycles are more dangerous to operate than let’s say an automobile and are much more vulnerable to fatal injuries as well.

In addition, motorcyclists are exposed to auto drivers that violate their right of way in over two thirds of all car and motorcycle accidents. In addition for every 100 car accidents their is one serious injury while for every 100 motorcycle accidents their are at least 10 serious injuries.

Thanks for this forum, there’s just not enough of us out there.
